Snack - Kueh bangkit 3 ketul

Lunch - Mee Hoon Tomyam + Buah betik singgit

Dinner - Sayur kacang buncis goreng + Ikan masak asam rebus
(Mkn kat umah mak.....seme pelik ngan aku apsal mkn lauk jek......so aku ngan vanggernyer ckp aku msk competition 99 Hari x leh mkn nasi.......)

Workout - 30 mins teadmill
